Our projects are born from the voices and needs of our community.
Rooted in our focus areas, each initiative is designed to address pressing challenges, foster collaboration, and create lasting impact. Together, we turn shared goals into meaningful action, building a stronger, more connected Pasadena for all.

Community Schools Advisory Council
The Community Schools Advisory Council, led by Collaborate PASadena, unites parents, teachers, administrators, and community partners to guide the growth of community schools in Pasadena. In partnership with PUSD, the council supports expanding the community school model from 4 to 10 schools, builds partnerships, and develops a sustainable model for long-term success while advising on key initiatives like MOUs and focus groups.

Youth Network
The Youth Network is a collaborative initiative focused on gathering and sharing data to better understand and address community priorities affecting young people. Through focus groups and research projects, we identify key gaps and track progress in areas like community health and education. Data, including anonymous results, will inform decision-making and be shared publicly to foster transparency and collaboration.

Week of the Young Child
Bringing together early childhood educators, parents, community organizations, libraries, colleges, and PUSD, the Week of the Young Child and its associated events raise awareness about early childhood policies and encourages a city-wide conversation about resources for families. We aim to inspire collaboration, build connections, and sustain momentum for supporting young children and their families year-round.

LGBTQ Children Support
Conducting research and convening partners to better support LGBTQ youth, we focus on gathering needs assessments for caregivers and providing resources to reduce foster care placements. This project partners with organizations like Planned Parenthood to ensure meaningful, data-driven solutions.

Data Analysis & Organizational Support
Offering tailored data analysis and strategic support to help organizations improve decision-making, track progress, and enhance program impact.
