Vannia De La Cuba serves as Deputy to Mayor Victor M. Gordo. A Pasadena resident since age 5, she attended PUSD schools and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Southern California. Vannia has worked with Mayor Gordo since first serving as his Field Representative in 2003. A passionate, community-driven individual who has dedicated her life to public service, she has focused on community building, civic engagement, building strategic relationships and was instrumental in developing Pasadena’s first-ever Early Child Development Policy and the establishment of the City of Pasadena’s Office of the Young Child.
